Overview
The Master of Nursing program is intellectually stimulating and designed to prepare students as nurse practitioners in their specialties, with a strong emphasis on evidence-based research. As a student, you will explore essential aspects of the healthcare system and learn to consider the nursing profession within both local and global contexts. You will study nursing policies and politics, workforce and professional practice issues, healthcare financing and economics, as well as concepts of illness and health, including individual, family, and community expectations for healthcare quality and safety. The program prepares students to demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills for effective decision-making, while also adapting to the changing health needs of the population. You will engage in discussions, debates, seminars, and presentations on relevant issues within a dynamic learning environment.

The Master of Nursing program also serves as a foundation for doctoral studies in areas related to nursing interests.
The degree of Master of Nursing is awarded to students who satisfactorily complete the program and meet all other prescribed requirements.
