Overview

The Diploma in Pharmacy program at UniKL University Malaysia aims to prepare students for roles as pharmacy assistants in community pharmacy settings. Over three years, students gain theoretical knowledge and practical experience in government and private hospitals. The curriculum focuses on providing high-quality clinical pharmacy services and developing skills in pharmaceutical care. Graduates are equipped with knowledge, competence, leadership, teamwork, and communication skills. They are committed to lifelong learning, professionalism, ethics, and social responsibility. The program emphasizes the application of pharmaceutical knowledge, practical skills, social awareness, ethics, effective communication, critical thinking, lifelong learning, and entrepreneurial and managerial skills. Upon completion, graduates receive a recognized Diploma from the university.

Entry Requirement

SPM:

Pass in SPM or its equivalent with pass in Bahasa Melayu and English and five (5) credits in the following subjects: Mathematics, one (1) Science subject (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, General Science/Applied Science) and any other three (3) subjects including Bahasa Melayu and/or English.
