Overview

The Diploma in Hotel Management at APU University Malaysia is designed to help students understand the integration of various types of hotels and the concepts involved in managing day-to-day operations This program emphasizes the development of basic problem-solving skills essential for the hospitality industry

Students will learn to provide excellent service to hotel guests while upholding professionalism and ethical values, ensuring a quality guest experience The curriculum also highlights the importance of teamwork in fostering collaboration among staff, which is crucial for co-creating exceptional guest-related services

Additionally, the program covers fundamental concepts in hotel management and systematic hotel program planning, enabling students to apply basic skills related to hotel operations through lifelong learning activities.

Entry Requirements

SPM  

• 3 Credits in at least 3 subjects at SPM level, with a minimum of a pass in Bahasa Malaysia and Sejarah (History);
