Overview
The Diploma Hotel Management Program at UCSI University Malaysia encompasses all aspects of hotel operations, providing students with a comprehensive understanding of core functions such as front office and housekeeping management, banquet and event management, and basic food and beverage operations. By studying this program, students will have the opportunity to explore various career paths, including the meetings, incentives, conventions, and exhibitions (MICE) industry, ecotourism, entrepreneurship, food and beverage, and room divisions.
