Overview
The Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Petroleum Geoscience program at UTP University Malaysia focuses on providing students with a strong foundation in geology and geophysics for the exploration and production of petroleum resources. The program emphasizes quantitative geosciences and covers courses in areas such as sedimentology, geochemistry, seismic interpretation, and formation evaluation. Students can specialize in either Basin Reservoir Studies or Exploration Geophysics. The program also offers the option to pursue a Minor in Data Science.
