Overview

The Bachelor of Optometry (Hons) Program at SEGi University Malaysia utilizes adjunct lecturers who are experts in various fields, including Biomedical Science, Medicine, Ophthalmic Surgery, and Optometry. Students receive clinical training at both on-campus clinics and external sites, such as private Optometric practices, Refractive Surgery Centres, private Ophthalmologic clinics, and SEGi EyeCare located at Thomson Hospital. This diverse range of training environments enhances students' practical skills and exposes them to different aspects of dental practice.

Entry Requirements

  • SPM 5 credits including 3 Science subjects AND
  • STPM (Science) with minimum CGPA of 2.50
